I had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites! The central atrium with foliage, a small waterfall, and a lazy river with koi created a soothing atmosphere. The bed and pillows in my quiet and separate room were exceptionally comfortable. The room layout was modern and clean, and the bathroom had a well-designed shower and nice towels. The amenities, including the pool, outdoor hot tub, and exercise room, were great. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet and evening happy hour added value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was divine! Wonderful selection and set up. The koi pond was lovely and the room was pleasant and clean
Too many uncontrolled/unmonitored children in the swimming pool area. After more came in my husband and I left with our 3 kids because it was a scream and splash fest with no parental monitoring in such a small area. I feel hotel staff should have been monitoring it better for the enjoyment of all hotel guests. Parking also could have been better as it appeared the only way to get in the hotel was through the front gate

This hotel is located in an industrial area, which is perfect for those needing to be near the airport. It's situated on top of a hill with a stunning view of the surroundings. The rooms come with good amenities and beds, including a fold-out sofa bed, which is great for families. The breakfast includes made-to-order omelets, making it very satisfying and delicious.
All was ok.

The breakfast was great. The made to order omelets and eggs is an excellent service. It was crowded and more staff was needed to keep up with the line, also additional staff to clear tables would be good.
The front desk clerk when checking in was not very courteous when I asked her something she snapped at me. I know it can be stressful when a lot of people are checking in.

Really liked the shuttle bus on demand and also the manager's reception.
The room could have been a little less rundown.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It is within easy reach of the airport, perfect for travelers. The rooms were clean and updated with newer furniture, and the basic amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were a convenient addition. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included a cook-to-order omelet station. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

Comfortable room. Completely quiet when bedroom/suite door was closed.
Pay to use the wifi unless you're a diamond member? What is this 2002? I can get free WiFi at any fast food restaurant or motel 6. It's ridiculous that it's not free at the Embassy Suites.

Every night around 1030 and then around 5:30 a.m. there was a pipe that ran through the ceiling in the kitchen that would cause a loud banging from anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes every night I had interrupted sleep every night

During my Thanksgiving stay at this hotel, I was impressed by their complimentary breakfast and evening reception with snacks and drinks. the location was very convenient for those who have connecting flights or need to stay near the airport. the room was quite comfortable, with clean bedding and towels.
The slow and unreliable shuttle service was frustrating. the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating.

Convenient location. Great breakfast.
My check in, with guest services staff (John) at 12:01 AM... Was HORRIBLE. If he is the "Face" of this brand they are doomed to lose guest to other hotels. Over Charged me for my room..when I brought it to his attention.. (I showed him my email confirmation rate) he changed it and recharged my card AGAIN. ($953.00 for a 2 night sta) I used my bank debit card to secure my reservation online. I laid my drivers license and major credit card on counter. He said "I don't need it I charged everything to card on file".... I could go on and on. About his disconnect and rudeness... Bottom line this GSA is bad for business....next day informed on duty manager.. His response "oh that doesn't sound like him"... I'm sorry.. He must have been having a bad day... A bad day...his shift had just started...

had to wait at the airport for more then an hour for a pickup. The coordinator told me its because of traffic but when I asked the driver, he told me he had to do a liquer run. I did complain but the front desk didn't care

Bed was really comfy, I am pretty picky and slept well.
Older building, the carpet had sticky areas i was walking barefoot and it was pretty gross.

The breakfast was delicious and the reception was enjoyable. Loved the waterfall in the center of the hotel.
The accessible bathroom shower floor was designed in a way where it flooded the bathroom and kitchen when showering. Also we were right next to the laundry room which ran the machines all night long so it was loud!
